International Awards
With the 31st December 2020 coming up fast it’s still looking unlikely that a Brexit deal will be agreed in time. But what, you might be asking, has this got to do with awards?
Well the one thing which absolutely won’t be affected is UK businesses and, indeed, UK citizens, ability to enter (and win!) international awards. We’re still welcome to enter and, in fact, it could be an even more important part of a business’s growth plans and/or sales and marketing strategy especially if you’re looking at international trade opportunities.
Why?
Because by choosing to enter (and win!) international awards your reach and the media coverage you’ll also receive through engaging with said awards will exponentially increase your profile and enhance your reputation in ways few other avenues will ever be able to… and all on a globally basis!
Frankly, with just 24 hours in anyone’s day you just can’t be everywhere – particularly if you’re looking at international business opportunities. That’s why we fully recommend engaging with high quality, prestigious international awards and, basically, riding on the back of their links and connections in order to multiply your visibility whilst simultaneously gaining coverage and raising your profile.
One thing we would urge you to consider though (and particularly whilst details are being thrashed out re: Brexit) is IF the award you’re entering requires samples or example product to be sent then you may need to leave additional time and/or complete additional paperwork depending on the sample/product your sending and the country its being sent too. In short, check criteria, requirements and deadline dates very carefully. Other than that it’s full steam ahead in the fabulous world of awards!
If you’d like to receive our ‘Starter for Ten’ awards list which includes a range of international awards, URL’s and deadline dates please email rachel@theawardspeople.co.uk and she’ll happily send it back to you… for FREE!
