For some significant awards including, for example, the Queen’s Award, as well as some national and industry-specific awards, you may also require support in putting the relevant systems and processes in place to ensure you have the evidence to back up your submission.
It may by now be no surprise that we are also able to support and assist you here! Pam Marr from The Awards People has a wealth of experience in systems, processes and general good business practice. With the ability to provide an effective ‘gap analysis’ and then remain hands-on in offering solutions, Pam can assess exactly what needs to be done without leaving you feeling like you’ve opened the proverbial can of worms. She will first call you to understand what you already have in place and which award you have earmarked before putting together a plan and accompanying budget for your consideration.
