One thing of which you can always rest assured is that if we genuinely don’t think that your story is strong enough for the particular award you are interested in entering, we will tell you – gently and tactfully! A significant amount of hard work, time (and quite often money too) goes into entering awards and, therefore, we won’t put you forward for something we really don’t think you have a good chance of winning. We’d rather save your entry for something much more appropriate.
